When can I enroll my child?

We are open and enrolling children now! Please begin by filling out our registration form and we will contact you with more information.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We are closed for all major holidays and follow the Fort Bend School District school closings. When possible, we do offer care for the before-and-after-school children on days that public schools are closed.

Do you offer transportation to and from local schools?

Yes, we have limited transportation to transport children to and from area schools in the morning and afternoon. However, other than the daily school drop-off/pick-up for our school-aged children, we never take a child on the bus without specific written permission of the parent. The Pre-K class will take field trips each year and you are welcome to join us.

What fees will I have to pay?

An annual $65 enrollment fee. Tuition is due each Monday for the week. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including PayPal via Freshbooks and Square payment processing platforms. For tuition rates, contact us regarding your child's age and expected start date. Once tuition and books fees are paid, you will not be charged anymore fees during the school year. However, field trips are not included in tuition. And you will need to supply diapers and baby food for infants. All other fees and supplies are covered by Ava’s Angels.

Is there a contract or obligation?

We assume your child will continue with us for an extended period of time. We only ask for two weeks written notice prior to withdrawal. Though our rates are based on a full year, including all holidays, we will only charge you for the last two actual weeks (assuming written notice has been given).

Who can pick-up my child?

When you enroll your child you will provide the names and contact information for those that are authorized to pick-up your child. For you and your child's safety, we do not allow changes to the pick-up list by telephone, fax, or email. No exceptions.

Should I bring food for my child?

We will provide all food for your child with the exception of infants. We do expect each child to eat with their group daily. Healthy food and snacks will be prepared daily.

If my child is not feeling well, can he/she attend school?

To maintain a safe and healthy environment we do not allow sick children on-site. Though this may cause you scheduling problems for that day, it will reduce the number of sick children which should ultimately reduce the number of days you or your child are home sick on other days. We take the spread of germs seriously and ask for your cooperation.
